 Wellness Program

Don’t wait until 2019 to start taking exceptional care of yourself! The final months of the year are filled with so many celebrations with family and friends and we all want to feel our best so we can fully enjoy all the wonderful moments of the holiday season.  That’s why we decided to offer a weekly wellness program on Mondays, October 29-December 10. This way, you have the support and accountability to feel amazing right now and end 2018 strong! We are so excited for this program. We will meet 6 times over the course of 7 weeks. Each weekly session will include 30 min cardio/strength, 30 min yoga, 30 min health topic and tip for the week, and a healthy lunch. Yes, you will get a delicious and healthy lunch each week along with the recipe to recreate at home!  We really hope that many of you can join us and maybe even bring a friend along. 🙂
